LogiQR becomes "Codemark by Qubik Studios"
2026-05-23 20:37:13
In the coming days, LogiQR will officially be renamed to Codemark. With this name change, the project enters a new phase and takes another step toward a clearer long-term direction.
Alongside the new name, Codemark will also receive a new logo. The updated branding will help align the application more closely with the new Qubik Studio identity.
These visual and branding updates will become visible in the next version of the app. Until then, users may still see the current LogiQR name and branding in existing versions.
LogiQR was originally developed as a standalone application for creating, checking, and exporting QR codes locally, easily, and reliably. This core idea will remain fully intact under the new name. The application will continue to focus on practical features for everyday use and on making digital workflows more accessible.
Why the new name?
The rename is part of a broader realignment. Under the name Qubik Studio, the project environment is moving toward a more professional and unified identity for current and future software projects.
While the previous name “LogiQR” matched the purpose of the application well, it could appear too close to already existing terms and brands in the long term. With Codemark, the project receives a more independent name that fits better with the new umbrella brand and provides more room for future development.
What changes for users?
For users, the most visible changes will be the new name and the new logo. However, these changes will only appear in the next app version.
The core features of LogiQR will remain available:
- creating QR codes
- checking QR codes
- exporting QR codes
- local usage without unnecessary dependencies
- simple and clear usability
Existing concepts and features will not be removed because of the rename. The change primarily affects branding, the project name, repository names, logos, and future communication.
From LogiQR to Codemark
The new name Codemark connects the project’s existing technical focus with the new identity of Qubik Studio. The goal is to build a clear, professional, and trustworthy brand under which useful software solutions can continue to grow.
ConiqSuite is currently an independent project created by Connor Christ. The goal remains to make helpful software more accessible to more people. Some parts may remain closed source, while important checking and validation processes are intended to be made transparent.
When will the change happen?
The transition from LogiQR to Codemark will take place in the coming days. During this process, the project name, descriptions, repository names, and public communication may change.
The new Codemark name and logo will be included in the next version of the app.
More information about the transition and the future development of ConiqQR will follow after the rename has been completed.
